Cadence Avocats worked on the buyout, by the founders and main managers of the Enerfip group, of the stakes held by the long-standing investors in Enerfip Participations, the group's holding company.

Cadence Avocats has been working with the Enerfip group since it was set up, and had the pleasure of structuring the company's various fund-raisings.
