Agathe COATANEA advises on all aspects of labour law, helping employers to manage their individual and collective labour relations.<\/p>

She is convinced that the balance of human and labour relations within a company is a factor in success, and in the current context, it is undeniable that well-being at work and the labour environment are fundamental elements in the attractiveness of companies.<\/p>

Agathe COATANEA therefore assists her clients in the management of advice and litigation in order to defend their interests while maintaining the quality of dialogue between management and employees.<\/p>

She also assists management employees in defending their interests throughout their employment relationship and, if necessary, in the event of termination.<\/p>

Before joining CADENCE AVOCATS, Agathe COATANEA practised for several years with leading labour law firms in Paris and then in Nantes, and set up her own labour law firm in Rennes.<\/p>

Agathe Coatanea has also developed a podcast to promote access to law. In this podcast, she gives the floor to legal professionals who respond, in a simple and concise manner, to everyday legal questions, directly linked to their own area of \u200b\u200bexpertise.<\/p>
